ABSTRACT
The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of labor between motivation and leadership performance RMUTT lecturer in Thailand. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents of 366 lecturers. The methods used in the sampling is using purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation
obtained is as follows:

Y = 1,029 + 0,431 X1 + 0,354 X2
