Pengoperasian
1. SCFB otomatis menyebarkan dalam kondisi banjir. Setelah ® SCFB telah terinstal, dinding bercokol mengambang yang terdiri dari poliester praktis tak terlihat di bawah kondisi tingkat air normal. Dinding yang diperkuat oleh strip baja laminasi dan dilindungi oleh Kevlar untuk kekuatan dampak. Di atas, penutup baja kunci di ruang digali di bawah normal (banjir non) kondisi.
2. Setelah air naik ke sekitar 10 cm di bawah tingkat banjir, cekungan penghalang mengisi melalui pipa pengisian lubang. Terbit dinding poliester dan mengapung. Begitu baskom benar-benar diisi, permukaan penutupan akan "mengunci" penghalang ke posisi kedap air.
3. Sekarang air dapat naik lagi tanpa banjir kawasan lindung. Setelah tingkat air surut ke tingkat normal, baskom dikeringkan melalui pipa drain dengan katup kembali non atau dengan pompa. Setelah air telah meninggalkan baskom, dinding kembali ke posisi istirahat di dalam baskom. Tutup di atas dinding kemudian menutup untuk mencegah masuknya limbah atau puing-puing.

The operation.
1. the SCFB® automatically deploys in flood conditions.Once the SCFB® has been installed, the floating entrenched wall consisting of polyester is practically invisible under normal water level conditions. The wall is reinforced by laminated steel strips and protected by Kevlar for impact strength. On top, a steel lid locks in the entrenchment space under normal (non flood) conditions.
2. Once the water rises to approximately 10 cm beneath the flood level, the basin of the barrier fills up through a filling-pipe in a pit. The polyester wall rises and floats. As soon as the basin is totally filled, the closing surface will “lock” the barrier into a watertight position.
3. Now the water can rise further without flooding the protected area. Once the water level subsides to a normal level, the basin is drained through a drain pipe with non return valves or by a pump. Once the water has left the basin, the wall returns to its resting position within the basin. The lid on top of the wall then closes to prevent the inflow of waste or debris.
